About Us
Size Seven is a UK-based fractional legal agency founded in 2024 from a want to work more flexibly, a passion for legal innovation and a desire to do things differenlty.
We want to challenge typical legal resourcing options: full-time hires, traditional law firms, recruiters and big ALSPs. Which, depending on the option, can be expensive, time-consuming, difficult, disconnected, inexperienced, inflexible or overkill.
We’re also keen to support and engage like-minded in-house professionals that have reached a crossroads in their career. No longer driven by climbing the corporate ladder. Wanting more flexibility, control, a better work-life balance and to be more entrepreneurial.
The name is a tribute to our Founder Rob's late grandfather. He was the lead singer in a 60s pop band called the Size Seven and a huge role model for Rob.

Rob Jarrett
Founder & Fractional Counsel
Rob started his legal career in 2008 as a Paralegal at BDB Pitmans before qualifying there as a tech & commercial lawyer in 2013. Rob spent many years in-house, first supporting RBS/NatWest and Aviva with their digital transformation journeys, before joining ITV as Head of Legal for Technology & Broadcast Operations. He then joined TLB, a boutique legal consultancy, as Head of Delivery, where he oversaw the delivery of contract review, legal design and legal ops services. He then became a Legal Consultant for TikTok, supporting their procurement of a broad range of technology and services. Alongside his role at TikTok, Rob established Size Seven to provide fractional legal support to scaling business and lean in-house legal teams.
